    Getting started

MyDRE is offered through a variety of health research organisations, such as the Health-RI nodes, Lifelines and RIVM. Depending on which data you are planning to process and your organizational affiliation, you can use one of these instances. You can find an overview of organisations that offer MyDRE on https://support.mydre.org. If you are unsure which MyDRE instance to use, please contact the Health-RI Service Desk or research support at your organisation.

Please refer to the National Health Data Portal for more information about analyzing health data in an SPE.

    Support

If you are new to myDRE and need some information on how to get started, there are two recommended sources, the myDRE e-learning module and the Knowledge Base.

The e-learning module offers a step-by-step introduction to managing your workspace using text, visuals, and video. The module is highly recommended for all users to better understand the platform’s full capabilities. The knowledge base contains general as well as more detailed information, written and maintained by anDREa and all the local support team members. Please make use of this information as much as possible before submitting a support ticket.

If you still have questions after completing the e-learning module and searching the Knowledge Base, please contact the support team of the institution that provides your workspace (including Health-RI) by submitting a ticket through support.mydre.org. You can also contact

    Fair use and pricing

Health-RI is working on a unified cost model for MyDRE. Currently, cost models may still vary between license holders. For more information, please consult the MyDRE support page of the institution where you want to request a workspace:

Not all Health-RI nodes have pricing information available on their MyDRE support page. In such cases, please contact the helpdesk for more details.

MyDRE is a Secure Processing Environment, which means that data within MyDRE is protected against unauthorized access, modification, deletion, and export. MyDRE is ISO27001 certified. More information about compliance can be found in the compliance section of the Knowledge Base.
