    Getting started

Health-RI offers myDRE workspaces to end users who apply for data access through the National Catalogue and to research consortia. myDRE workspaces can be requested through the Health-RI Self Service Desk. To request a workspace, you will need a TopDesk account.

Please refer to the National Health Data Portal for more information about analyzing health data in an SPE.

    Support

If you are new to myDRE and need some information on how to get started, there are two recommended sources, the myDRE e-learning module and the Knowledge Base.

The e-learning module offers a step-by-step introduction to managing your workspace using text, visuals, and video. The module is highly recommended for all users to better understand the platform’s full capabilities. The knowledge base contains general as well as more detailed information, written and maintained by anDREa and all the local support team members. Please make use of this information as much as possible before submitting a support ticket.

If you still have questions after completing the e-learning module and searching the Knowledge Base, please contact the Health-RI Service Desk

    Conditions of use

Researchers, innovators and policymakers can request a myDRE workspace from Health-RI. Access to health data from the National Health Data Catalogue is subject to specific conditions. An application process is used to verify that users meet these conditions. Charges apply for the use of myDRE (see below).
