Health-RI XNAT
- Log in to the Health-RI Self Service Portal.
- Go to: Home -> Services and Application Forms -> XNAT-> New User Application.
A user can have owner rights (full admin access), member rights (full access except deletion), or contributor rights (read-only access).
You can fill in the form in the Self-Service Desk -> Start page -> Services and Request Forms -> XNAT -> XNAT New User Request Form. This will first create a new account for the user in the self-service portal and ask the new user to agree to the Health-RI Terms of Use. After that, a new account will be created for the new user in XNAT.

You can use a so-called local CTP server to anonymize images and upload them to the central CTP. The central CTP then forwards the images to the XNAT pre-archive. The collection administrator can then approve the images after checking them, making them visible to everyone who has access to the collection.
You can go to https://xnat.health-ri.nl, go to login, and click on Forget login or password.
The principal investigator of the study must complete a Home -> Services and Request Forms -> XNAT-> New USER application for you on the Health-RI Self Service Portal. You must agree to the Health-RI terms of use by replying by email to the ticket you receive from servicedesk@health-ri.nl.
CTP is standalone software for (pseudo-)anonymization that can receive images from an MRI/CT/PET scanner, place the images in a queue for anonymization, and remove personal data stored in the dycom header of the images. More information can be found here: The CTP DICOM Anonymizer - MircWiki.
You can send an email to servicedesk@health-ri.nl. The service desk will send you an email asking you to agree to the Health-RI Terms of Use. You will also need to sign the EGD license and return it to servicedesk@health-ri.nl. Once everything has been agreed, the user will be granted access to the EGD collection (read rights).
